Kia ora koutou katoa. :)
Reflection:
Today I would give myself a 5/5 for effort and participation in this training because I was able to lead both myself and others knowing that I am capable of gaining the qualities of leadership. Today I was able to take charge of our team Whareware and put our skills and techniques once again, into action. I enjoyed being able to listen to opinions within the team to help communicate and plan how we can play as a team.
He tauira pai tēnei kāraehe nātemea ko mātou ngā rangatahi hei tuku iho ēnei āhuatanga me ēnei tīkanga e para nei te huarahi mo ngā whakatipuranga, e whai ake nei. Heoi, kia mau tonu i ngā āhuatanga pai.
He pai ki te tirohia i te kāraehe hei whakapakari i o mātou whanaungatanga-ā-kāraehe, he tohu pai, he tohu aroha, he tohu manaaki. Ka mutu i tēnei ¨Ma mahi, ka ora, ka piki whakarunga¨.
It is amazing to see how fluent you are in Māori- you repeatedly apply this external knowledge across all your subjects. From the short amount that I was able to read easily, I can already see the in-depth and perceptive outlook you have on Renegade Hockey and your learning and development as an individual. I really am amazed at how you take charge in team situation, making everybody feel more confident as a result. Google translate comes in handy for reading the rest of your work, and it is as in-depth as the first paragraph. You are perceptive and a great leader on the court. You have an amazing skill- not many people can easily write in a different language as fluently and as concisely as you can.
ReplyDeleteKia Ora Jocelyn, its clear to see you are a natural born leader as you instantly take charge. You are a very capable leader and display many leadership qualities. You are obvious fluent in our Māori language and write with an incredible amount of depth. Being a member of your team I can agree when you say you take charge and I think you are more than capable of being a leader.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work!
Meinga meinga! Haramai me tenei tuhinga miharo rawa atu. Akuanei kua kitea e koe i te puawaitanga o to tima hei tohu whakamana i to tu hei kaiarahi ma ratou.
